Previously served as an A-Level Mathematics teacher at an international school, possessing extensive experience in instructional design for pure mathematics and in international mathematics competitions. Kitty has over 13 years of full-time teaching experience at the secondary school level and also serves as an Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) Examiner.
She previously served as a Project Officer in the Language Learning and Support Section of the Education Bureau, where she was deeply involved in the implementation of official language education policies and educational projects.
As an experienced secondary school educator, Kitty has also served as Chairperson of a School Promotion Committee, gaining extensive experience in school administration, curriculum development, educational planning, and school promotion.
